This is an example of a recently completed project with one of our Paper Mill customers.  The customers initial concerns were price and delivery.  Our Engineers started by reverse engineering both the flat and conical assemblies, developing plan and full detail CAD drawings.  After working with the customer’s maintenance personnel material changes were recommended for some internal high wear parts to improve life thereby reducing costs associated with maintenance and downtime.  The parts are catalogued and assigned part numbers so the customer may buy 1 part or 1 complete assembly.  Let Capps Sutton help you, call us!
